8.9 NORTH

8.9 N was a joint venture between I.C.F. Builders, Kiddway Construction, and E. Freeman Construction. The owner of the project was Affordable Housing Nashville, and had a construction cost of 3.2 Million Dollars.

The project consisted of 28 units of affordably priced condominiums in an underserved part of North Nashville that has recently been the focus of exciting urban renewal.

8.9 N was completed in January 2003.
