NEW NISSAN STADIUM – TENNESSEE TITANS

ICF Builders is honored to be part of the team constructing the new Nissan Stadium, a world-class, enclosed 60,000+ seat multi-purpose stadium located along the East Bank of the Cumberland River in Nashville, Tennessee.

Working alongside the Tennessee Builders Alliance — a joint venture including Turner Construction Company, AECOM Hunt, ICF Builders, and Polk & Associates — this transformational project will set a new standard for stadium excellence and community connection.

Scheduled for completion in 2027, the 1.8 million square foot stadium will host Tennessee Titans games, Tennessee State University football, concerts, major international events like the Super Bowl and Final Four, and community activities. The design draws inspiration from the spirit of Nashville and supports broader East Bank development plans led by the city. Sustainability is at the core of the project, with the goal of achieving LEED Gold certification.

In addition to the main stadium, the project includes a 12,000-square-foot community space dedicated to local schools, workforce training, and neighborhood events — a true investment in the future of Middle Tennessee.
