Superintendent

A superintendent, who is an experienced professional, enjoys working in teams and is comfortable with a wide range of responsibilities. The role requires excellent leadership skills, a desire to succeed, and the ability to connect with people at a human level. The Superintendent position requires an important level of independence and responsibility. The Superintendent is the on-site primary point of contact during construction. The Superintendent works closely with the Project Manager.

Project Engineer

They must have a strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. The Project Engineer works closely with the Project Manager and the construction team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a desire to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Project Manager

A Project Manager is a strategic and detail-oriented professional who is responsible for the successful completion of construction projects. They must have excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
